  Such gracious polite staff despite my poor French skills! The young lady who checked us out was the same one who checked us in our last stay and she is the reason we came back the second time - what a lovely, funny young lady. The hotel room was very clean and the internet connection was great. Will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Drummondville.

  Nice Hotel. I am from Ontario and can’t speak French. The people on the desk were very pleasant and quickly changed to English when they realized I was Anglophone.

  We enjoyed a very pleasant evening. Went to the restaurant for a great supper. The staff were very friendly to us. Overall a great experience.

  This is an excellent place to stay if you are on Rt. 20 and want to stop either before or after Montreal. The room was well laid-out, good amenities, excellent bed and bedside lighting, excellent shower and bath, could open windows if desired, excellent price. Within walking distance of shops and good eating options, if one chooses not to stay inside. I will definitely arrange to stay there on my next trip.

  The hotel was great and the staff even greater, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and our two Chihauhaus during our stay and even after the checkout until our conference finished! I have another show coming up in April and I will definitely be staying at the closest Best Western Hotel.
